Refund Statement

Hi Leo,

We understand the rental was cancelled after one day because a larger excavator was needed for the job. Per the signed rental agreement, no refund is owed once a rental has begun — however, we value you as a customer and want to extend a good-faith refund as a courtesy.

This refund reflects half of the weekly rental rate plus the full taxes collected. The delivery/pickup fee is not refunded since that service was completed in full, and a $35.00 refueling fee has been deducted to cover refilling the machine's diesel tank before its return.
